OK men, you know how great you looked in high school. How fantastic you looked in college! What happened? What happened to that 33-34 inch waistline? Where did it go? Is it still under that spare tire you see in the mirror every morning? Sure it is. Under every belly is a waist line wanting to get out. How do we help it? How can we unleash the waist line underneath?

Next, understand that we did not put this weight on over night. Therefore, it will not come off over night. As a matter of fact, many of us have spent years mastering the art of putting pounds on, and it will take, in some cases, moths or years to take the pounds off. Therein lays the adventure.

Check with your doctor for advise on getting yourself back into control. Make sure to handle your medical conditions appropriately. Do not over exert yourself and recognize your transformation will take time.

Second 40 Days

This portion is really simple and it works!!

Eat nothing after 7:00 PM

Exercise three days per week for a minimum of 1 hour per session.

First 40 days Fast from 7PM until 3PM.

Read a Proverbs chapter each morning.

January 5 -read Proverbs chapter 5, January 6 read Proverbs chapter 6 Etc..

Drink only water.

Eat only between the hours of 3PM - 7PM. Sugar free drinks are allowed during these hours.

Exercise three days per week for a minimum of 1 hour per session.

Don't look at how much you way. Focus on how much you lose. For example if you need to lose forty pounds your starting point is 40. At weeks end you may have lost one pound leaving you at 39. This makes it a little easier to deal with the scale.

 


Another plan

Eat a 100 calerie protein bar every 3 hours and two lean meat with vegetables meals each day

Drink 1 minimum of a gallon of water daily

Exercise regularly
